Minimum requirements

Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in Sinhala and English
Strong active listening, empathy, and conflict-resolution abilities
Good problem-solving skills and ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
Age below 45 years

Preferred

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in employee administration welfare, procurement, or community development (construction, manufacturing, or corporate sector experience will be an added advantage)
Tamil language ability will be a strong advantage

Education & experience

Experience: Mid Level
